Recast Software – 2025 MMS Fall Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions 

  1. No Purchase Necessary 
    No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. 
  1. Eligibility 
    This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with local laws and regulations. 
  1. How to Enter 
    Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the official giveaway post. 
  1. Prize 
    The prize is one (1) ticket to attend MMS in the fall, with an approximate retail value of $2,000 USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. The prize does not include travel, lodging, or other expenses. 
  1. Winner Selection and Notification 
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner may be selected. 
  1. Data Privacy 
    By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, in accordance with Recast Software’s Privacy Policy. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@recastsoftware.com. 
  1. Publicity Release 
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Recast Software to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
  1. Right to Cancel or Modify 
    Recast Software reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or legal/regulatory requirements. 
  1. Limitation of Liability 
    Recast Software is not responsible for any technical issues, entry errors, or other factors beyond its control that may affect the outcome of the giveaway. 
  1. Social Media Disclaimer 
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Twitter, or any other social media platform. 
  1. Governing Law 
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
