Recent Features and Enhancements

Run Multi-Device Actions in Intune
Select up to 50 devices and run an action against all of them at once with multi-device functionality that mirrors what you can already do in ConfigMgr. This feature leverages the new Recast side panel in Right Click Tools for Intune, which requires a connection to Recast Management Server infrastructure and an Enterprise license. For details, see Run Multi-Device Actions in Intune.
Discover a Better System Information Experience in Intune
Running the System Information tool for a single device now surfaces results and available actions faster via the new Recast side panel. Same wealth of information, now in a more modern, usable design. Access to the Recast side panel requires a connection to Recast Management Server infrastructure and an Enterprise license. To learn more, see Run System Information in Intune.

Email Notifications for Application Deployment
Keep admins in the know about deployments and deployment processes with automatic success and failure notifications. This highly anticipated feature includes an option to create new email templates to choose the exact messaging and deployment process details you want to deliver. To get started, see Admin Notifications for Deployment Processes.
Extend a Deployment Delay
Application Manager deployment processes are more flexible now that you can delay any individual deployment step by up to 30 days (up from 7 days). For instructions on including or editing a deployment delay, see Add a Deployment Process.
Support for Custom Applications
Upload and deploy your own custom applications – whether it’s an in-house developed app or an app download locked behind a login page, you can now take advantage easy-to-use deployment processes to package and deploy these apps. Minimum version: 5.9.2502
New Right Click Tools
- Retrieve All BitLocker Keys – Search all of your BitLocker key sources and retrieve recovery keys from a single tool.
- Disable/Enable Devices in Active Directory – Enable or disable a device in Active Directory for a less permanent alternative to deleting devices.
- Open Event Viewer – Quickly open a remote Windows Event Viewer session from the Console Tools.
- Get User Profile Size – View user profile space to identify profiles that take up too much space and may need removal.
- View Disk Space Details – Gain insight into free space shortages to prevent issues with software deployment or patching.
Right Click Tools Browser Extension for Google Chrome
The Right Click Tools browser extension is now available for both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. This browser extension works for both the Enterprise and Community editions of Right Click Tools, bringing the toolset you know and love ConfigMgr directly to the Intune Admin Center, and beyond!
To get started:
- Install Browser Extension for Right Click Tools Enterprise Edition
- Install Browser Extension for Right Click Tools Community Edition
Run Right Click Tools on Devices without ConfigMgr Console
You can now install Right Click Tools (and the browser extension for Intune) on a device without the ConfigMgr console installed and take Right Click Tools actions directly from the Intune Admin Center.
Minimum Version: 5.9.2503
Improved Agent Management
- A new Agent Management web dashboard brings deeper visibility into your Recast Agents. Know when an agent last connected to an agent gateway, and which gateway it’s connected to for easier connectivity troubleshooting.
- Additionally, we’ve enhanced the agent experience behind the scenes. New automatic agent re-enrollment and an agent cleanup process will remove any duplicate or inactive agents. Spend less time managing your agents and more time on business-critical issues.
- The Recast Management Server now communicates with the Task Scheduler Agent to determine whether cleanup tasks exist.
- The Right Click Tools installer now accepts a Community license
