Newly Available Right Click Tools

Retrieve All BitLocker Keys – Searches all of your BitLocker key sources and retrieves the recovery key from a single tool.
Disable/Enable Devices in Active Directory – Enable or disable a device in Active Directory, similar to how you can enable and disable user accounts, allowing for a less permanent alternative to deleting devices.
Open Event Viewer – Allows you to open a remote Windows Event Viewer session from the Console Tools.
Get User Profile Size – View the amount of space your user profiles are taking up, making it easier to identify profiles that are taking up too much space and need removal.
View Disk Space Details – Gain insight into where free space shortages could lead to issues with software deployment or patching.

Improved Agent Management

Managing your Recast Agents can be a daunting task in and of itself, we are making it a more easily tackled issue. A new Agent Management web dashboard brings not only the visibility that you need into your Recast Agents, but also the granularity that we know you value from our current dashboards. Information like when an agent last connected to an agent gateway and the gateway to which that agent connects to will make troubleshooting connectivity issues more straightforward.

Additionally, we have done some work behind the scenes to provide a better agent experience. These new changes include automatic agent re-enrollment and an agent cleanup process that will automatically remove any duplicate or inactive agents. These changes mean less time managing your agents and more time on the business critical issues.

Bug Fix Highlights:

• The Right Click Tools installer now accepts a Community license
• The Recast Management Server now communicates with the Task Scheduler Agent to determine whether cleanup tasks exist.

Support for Custom Applications

Application Manager users can now upload and deploy their own custom applications. Whether it be an in-house developed application or an application download locked behind a login page, you can now take advantage of Application Manager’s easy to set up deployment processes to package and deploy these apps.

Right Click Tools Browser Extension for Google Chrome

The Right Click Tools browser extension is now available to be added to your Google Chrome browser from the Chrome webstore. This browser extension works for both the Enterprise and Community editions of Right Click Tools, bringing you the same Right Click Tools actions you know and love to the Microsoft Intune Admin Center and beyond!

To get started:

• Install Browser Extension for Right Click Tools Enterprise Edition
• Install Browser Extension for Right Click Tools Community Edition

Run Right Click Tools on a Device With No ConfigMgr Console

Users can now install Right Click Tools and the browser extension on a device without the ConfigMgr console installed and take Right Click Tools actions from the Intune Admin Center. Previously, the ConfigMgr console was required to be installed on all devices that would run actions via the browser extension.
Minimum Version: 5.9.2503
