Charles Dordevich Joins Recast Software as Chief Operating Officer

Recast Software is thrilled to announce the appointment of Charles Dordevich as our new Chief Operating Officer. With over 15 years of experience in traditional software, SaaS, and IaaS, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving strategic change and exceeding goals. His expertise in managing financial performance and leveraging data science to drive global process improvement makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team. 

Career Trajectory 

Before joining Recast Software, Charlie served as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Nintex. In this role, he led a team responsible for global renewals, sales data management, and forecasting. His passion for process automation technology has been a driving force behind his success, helping him streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency. 

At Nintex, Charlie played a key role in integrating technologies like Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce and Nintex Workflow Cloud, which significantly improved the company’s sales operations. His efforts saved the sales team approximately 35,000 work hours in 2019 alone, demonstrating the impact of automation on business processes. 

Joining Recast Software 

Charlie joins Recast Software at a pivotal time as we continue to expand our offerings and enhance our solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. His vision and operational expertise will assist us in scaling our business and driving further innovation in endpoint management and IT security.
